The strange thing about that lingerie....none of it's the right size.

They didn't need one but they had a valid reason not to honour the order....so why send it out?:think:

In the Ts that have this product, which is very likely far fewer than started off with it when it was full price. Of course there was no chance of me having this in the T I've been able to visit tonight:(. They don't even have Everyday Chicken Pies anymore, although I know they are in other Ts, so the cost of Chicken Pies is the standard range price in the store I used. I found T frozen Red Cabbage (750g) at 50p RTC; however I think other people are unlikely to have this product.

Thought you were having the week off:D

Or was it just a week away from Morries?:)

It would be a number of reasons

    1. It is from a rouge state and has been infected with a harmful bacteria.
    2. It is from a dirty old man .................. ( you have to fill in your own blanks).
    3. It is from a company has no idea what they are doing and what they have done!

I am opting for number 1.

Years ago I was at one of DS3's friends birthday party... the parents were all really posh, expensive houses/cars/lifestyles,

We were having a slightly drinkypoo, the conversation when to them commenting that they cannot keep help (house/gardening).

Being gobby, I could not keep quiet. I asked how much they paid an hour. They all highlighted that they paid generously, further questions clarified that they all paid between £5 and £8 an hour.

I asked them to consider why would a man/woman work for them for 40 hours a week when this would not provide financially for them and their family, and if they wanted staff they should pay enough for someone to raise a family if working full time hours and treat them with respect......... I did not get invited back!

Good for you! My BIL (who is lovely) was complaining about having pay his staff the new minimum wage a few yrs ago. His 3 children go to private school and will part board soon, he has a brand new car every time I see him, has a huge house in a nice area and a holiday home. I know he grew up reasonably well off so doesn't know what it is like to be poor but it did annoy me. We are single income, OH doesn't get paid for all his farm work so I wish I had said something.
