Still have some nectar points missing from the buy 5 times thing but have screen shot so will complain.

I would pick the ticket up, myself, just to be on the safe side. You can get it delivered to any fast ticket machine -- it doesn't need to be one of the stations on the journey.
I need to book a ticket to London anyway so will get my points then. Mind you, I need to phone up about the last two offers they did. Fortunately, I took screen shots.0 -

I love the Instant Pot. I got it at Costco when it was on offer and, to be honest, I suspect it'll pay for itself in yoghurt eventually! I buy four pints of milk for 99p and get lovely yoghurt back. And when milk is reduced, it is even better.
I have dithered for well over a year about it though and only bought one after I was told to watch my sugar levels. Have you looked at how much sugar there is in yoghurts?!
I do confess, though, that when the Mullers were so cheap I still filled my fridge with them and mixed them with my yoghurt since I find them far too sweet by themselves. But sadly all the Mullers have gone now...0 -

The second time I stayed there wasn't through choice it was the only option:( Again mentioned it as I was leaving but nothing......
Westy, be more assertive! I discovered their offer checking out once when she asked me how I'd slept. I said the room had been too hot and if I opened the window the traffic noise stopped me sleeping. And to my astonishment, I got my money back. I've had it back on another occasion too, can't remember the details now. And once, in another chain, the same sort of price promise was at the reception desk and I emailed them afterwards to say (quite truthfully) that I had been really cold because they washed the down duvets after every customer (proud notice to say this) and it made them clump so that there were loads of places in the duvet without filling. I had to phone reception to bring me another duvet, which was just as bad. I got my money back then too. So why not email Premier Inn and tell them what happened?0
