Re the iams try me free do you have to wait for an email before posting receipt ?

I've filled in online form.
Now need to post receipt but what do you put in envelope with receipt to tie the 2 things together ? It says something about an email but I've not had one through. Obviously I can pop my name & address in envelope if necessary. Tia xx
