    Hi all it is so good to be back. Thanks to TrulyMadly and everyone else for keeping us all together.
    Mortgage debt 45,000. Thank you all for your help so far in helping me save to buy the house. I could not have done this without all your help.

    If you are going to spend £10 on muggle stuff for food bank then why not make a cash donation to a foodbank instead (hopefully with giftaid) or any other charity you feel deserving.

    ...just an idea as I would just keep the wine :o

    so it could have been a random act of kindness....whatever I'll pass something back

    Although depending on how much you think about the situation..it all boils down to where you draw your line...
    ...a wombled receipt in a trolly that turns out to be worth £10 figuratively do you return that to CS as lost property....

    Have the rules on gift aid changed....I'm not a tax payer?

    I did donate somewhere else a while back and didnt tick the box for that reason sadly

    I'm no expert but I think you have to be a uk tax payer.
