An update on my Frugal January......I have about £32 left out of my £50:)

I had to buy milk yesterday with real money and some Paella rice:o
I also bought the Black Sheep gift sets and some other bits and pieces.

If I'd been better prepared I could have printed out a womble

Mr TM wants to go out for a coffee tomorrow but I'm sure I've got a Zeek e voucher for Starbucks somewhere.

The Boots sale could ruin my plans but will save me money next Christmas. What's a girl to do?:)

If it was your last £32 then I would be advising you to keep away but , not wanting to make any assumptions :rotfl:, think of the money you will save. Im hoping to get some of the Ted baker treasure chests. I've just got one and its gorgeous :D so my advice is fill your boots at boots :rotfl:

It's a wonderful place, nearlysorted, I can vouch for the NAWT. They took in a few of Juliana's strays from Romania, rehoming them even though they took longer to rehome, took their time with them. In fact one of the dogs is now a long term resident there, with a special helper who walks her every day but can't have her at home. I delivered three dogs to them about 2 years and was very impressed with their great facilities

I work with Ravenswood Pet Rescue.co.uk and we rehome throughout the country, but I see you have had your homecheck done for RSPCA and are just waiting for the right dog now. Good luck

we got homechecked when we got our kitties. A little of puppies have gone up on the website this morning, and they are local to us, going to give them a call this morning. These poor little pups were dumped on a doorstep:(.
We won't rush in to just any pup though, we want to rehome a rescue who hasn't had a great start and be able to offer a forever home.
The biggest relief (don't know if that's the right word?) when we had poppy pts was knowing that her whole life had been happy healthy loved and thoroughly spoilt. My other little girl was a rescue and very clingy and needy

    Good morning all...

I love reading all the reports on the weather from round the country...A light dusting of snow here....not that it makes any difference to me as I am only going out on foot later this afternoon when it is sure to have all but cleared.

Sal...I hope you are ok this morning...I'm thinking of you,the day after can sometimes be worse than the day they go,so special hugs and be safe in the knowledge that Pip is now safe and well...but my,what a beautiful chap he was x

Zippy...Ovo...I'm not with them directly for our home energy but we inherited them as the energy supplier in one of the rentals we bought a few years ago and never bothered to switch because they are so easy and good to deal with....I wish all energy suppliers were as good with customer service....as tenants now leave our other rentals if we have time in the voids we will be looking to swap them all over to Ovo.

I believe you cant save huge amounts with them on the 3% deal as it is capped in line with the estimated annual spend.
They do get a thumbs up from me!

PD....What a stunning blanket....I can say no more.

Do I detect we have a special birthday girl.....Happy Birthday Di....you share it with one of mine!...have a lovely day x
We are on the 3rd cake and candles day of the year!

Stay warm and safe all especially if you have bad weather.
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!
