I would have guessed that if a court finds them liable they will be ordered to pay compensation to everyone, so you would get 100% rather than 30% if you hadn't instructed the solicitors in the group action.

However if they settled out of court with the complainers, you would get nothing if you weren't part of the group.

Just my opinion.

Thanks silver car.... if they settled out of court, would that not open the floodgates for further litigation?

Thanks Bubbs. I posted about these on Thursday night. Also those nice tins of Bisto and something else which was stacked near them too but I can't remember what it was. All £1.

My tin obsession has been nicely scratched with the Bisto and the KitKat tins. One of the KitKat ones is on my desk with a headset sitting in it. Keeps it all nice and tidy...
