I'd just settled down to complete the Shopper Thoughts survey on Healthcare to get 75 points and they've decided that I don't fit the profile:o

Did anyone see comments on the internet about the old 2 pence pieces which have New Penny on them... supposed to be worth significant more than they face value. I say supposed, as when we looked in our house we found 9 clearly they are not rare!!
1983 is rare to have "NEW PENCE" as 1982 onward has two pence

Most of our problems are self inflicted. It really doesn't like burning scrap wood including pallets or wood that is too fresh - it cokes up easily then because it doesn't burn it off. Also even though we have contract with the installers to come and fix etc, for some reason OH likes to fiddle first :rotfl:

    Good evening all.

Do you scrub your table or just wipe it down? I have a similar table and just looking at yours, mine could do with a good scrubbing down, as in with a scrubbing brush?

I've never scrubbed it elliechoons:) Just a wipe over with a damp cloth every day. Mind you, it has a few awful marks on it that used to really bother me but not now. They've been there that long that they sort of belong:)
It's over 20years old now but for years and years was covered in an oil cloth.....handy when Ribena was being spilt:)
