Does Durham Extra have an upstairs? :o. I'd never noticed stairs :o

M in Sheldon is 'upstairs' but I can't tell you about Tosco's:rotfl:. One of the superstores I used to use (have since moved) was upstairs and had to get escalators, stairs or the lift up/down. It was a fairly newly built store as well - never understood that as it just made it slightly more difficult to access than all the competitor supermarkets in the same area. Anything they can do to make themselves slightly less accessible is no good from their POV and it needs to be straight in and out accessible in my view - and I admit that I didn't shop there very often and used to shop less there than I otherwise would have precisely because of the inconvenience of the escalator/stairs/lift - albeit a 'minor' inconvenience. However, when you're talking about wanting to get a shop done, in a rush, anything at all inconvenient can be the difference, particularly with other supermarkets - park and straight in, on the ground floor, virtually the same distance to drive to. I've no idea why the supermarket chose to have the store built on the first floor or why they chose that site, or chose to move to that site, in the first place.

I don't mind having to use stairs/escalators to access Sheldon though as that's different from actual shopping:rotfl:.

I realise that it's a womble:T! (Unless :(they bought other stuff that compares to much more expensive at M and lost any APG amount? Hopefully not.)
