And I am to reveal, at one minute to midnight:(, that Paterson's Shortbread was picking up Morries price of 2 for £1.50:

    2x Patersons Shortbread Fingers (380G) £2.00 £1.50:j

I got a worthwhile APG (more than I expected). I am very sorry to have posted this late - I have not been sitting on this but I have literally walked through the door after being out at M most of the day and only now was I able to switch on the computer and enter the receipt. I hope someone else followed my lead although I suspect unfortunately not. I don't know if anyone else managed to get this (it's over now as I edit, as the mbuy has ended in A) - I did mention there was a possibility it might have this M pricing. (I also said I "doubted it" - a sure sign that it would!)

The Jakeman's lozenges also glitched. Sadly they pick up M price at 54p each rather than price crunch 52p:rotfl: - I can't have everything though as this may be last week's M price (but the Shortbread fingers glitched better than expected):

    2x Jakemans Throat & Chest Soothing Menthol Sweets 100G (100GR) £1.12 £1.08

Thank you v.much for this (both the shortbread and the lozenges - I was tipped towards going by having a sore throat developing that that person that steals all the chocolate has given to me!).

As regards the shop, that's not all as I will reveal more later!

Grrr, you get charged £2 for a click and collect at debenhams under £20. I know I could just order and return something, but was going to ask someone else to collect it for me.

Well you'll have to have my Mr GC then:D. (Only joking in case what would otherwise have been the offer is taken up:rotfl:.)

    It's my Spaghetti:

1x ASDA Smartprice Spaghetti in Tomato Sauce (395G) £0.19 £0.16

I was going to get SP Loops as they compare very slightly better against M as M is a slightly higher weight on their equivalent to those. Both versions in A each went up to 19p a few weeks ago. I would have slightly preferred SP Loops, but they would have cost me whereas the plain SP Spaghetti showed 16p on the shelf in my A and it will do well enough. Although the Paterson's were very good (for me), the real moneymaker was the Spaghetti. I was therefore already happy with a little over £2 even before the Paterson's which may or may not have worked. So even without the comparison this shop was a very good one to do. This is an example of where DTD at T would have worked out worse - a low value item of a few pence difference. I stand no chance on Crunchy Nut Cornflakes, or any of the items I bought on which the mbuy was ending, though as my store already has the mbuy removed from the shelves the day before the offer expires:(:rotfl:.

As for M, they have changed a lot again. So I will sit here (after I get back up) and just keep trying to catch up - probably take me until Sunday night again:(!

The Lebkuchen assortment has now gone down to 50p. My price and good enough now for me to buy - watch it go to 25p:rotfl:! To think that I had these at the start on my list at £1.75. Then they went to £1.50:( (frown as I thought £1.75 was good) and then, since Christmas, they have reduced now twice. The 'large' selection boxes (Dairy Milk, Galaxy and Maltesers) have now each gone down to £1. Not quite twice the size of the 50p ones:rotfl:. I suspect the 50p medium boxes have now gone from many Ms but they will very likely stay around in places without SELs.

The Santa Selection sack 8 pack (don't get excited - it's not that big!) is now £1. Sadly I have no weight on them for a time now, as stock has disappeared for me entirely. I did have them in stock last week but they were showing me £2 so I didn't take any details of them.

I am waiting for the McVities Nibbles Milk Chocolate (200g) to go down but it seems to be £1 in M. However, I can confirm it is 50p RTC in T. T also have some own label shortbread (420g) at £1.50:rotfl:.

And, back at M, I have a Hallowe'en offer still around:rotfl::D. Nat. Conf. Co. Jelly Snakes (500g) at £1. :doh:That was the last price I had for them just before they disappeared on me, so they are unchanged. Obviously this product is unlikely to be in your store now, but I can confirm that, as at the time I left yesterday evening (about 7pm), they are in someone's store! I do not think these will be in many Ms now as it seems I've finally visited the one that has them still around. I like Hallowe'en and Christmas, at this time of the year! (Actually didn't Christmas used to start on 1st January as a three-month festival?:rotfl: If so, I'm glad that tradition is no longer around as doubtless the prices would be seasonal prices if it was!) I noticed the 5 Creme Eggs at T have appeared at £1.65:eek::rotfl::rotfl: (I wonder whether they pick up higher M price of £2 now people not on this thread will be starting to buy them?). I am not liking Easter at all now, until it is over and also not liking Valentine's Day much until 15 February:rotfl:.

in As today they had the snowman and santa cheeses for 25p each. also the £4 Christmas breaded ham was £1 and the 4pk Christmas mini cheese was also £1

they also had their own brand mature cheddar 1kg for £1. it was marked up at £4 and I was going to buy one anyway but when it went through at £1 I went back for the other 3.

    hth

£1 per kg.:D:T:T:rotfl::cool: Sort of blows my £5/kg. price out of the water:rotfl::rotfl:.

Is the £1 price most likely a glitch so that, if so, this risks being soon corrected? And, if not, I hope it is that price!

There were some - three different types I had in one of my stores - Truckles 90g on RTC in M - however at 50p they worked out at almost £5.56/kg. They failed to reach my - surely five times too high? - guide of £5/kg. so I took no details of them. Just as well really:rotfl::rotfl:.

M's Mini Chocolate Eclairs frozen have now gone down (or back?) to 75p RTC. They also have the Hazelnut Profiteroles 260g, again a frozen item, showing £1.50 for me - however they (or a previous version) went down to £1 last year so I not noticing the £1.50 RTC!

That's what we are waiting for from M. (Or only me is:rotfl:.) I didn't see these all day at M:eek: - but I notice they are still online showing £1:(. The muggles clearing them out for me at £1:( - they will be nowhere once they get back to 50p!:rotfl: (Via 75p I reckon;). Usually means I'm wrong if I think something:rotfl:.)

It looks like the Jacob's Crackers for Cheese (250g), that were back at £1 in M on Sunday (having possibly been £2.43 for four days) are now :mad:back at £2.43 again - unless I have all stores that haven't changed their SELs! However, I noticed 450g Jacobs Crackers for Cheese was on £1.50 RTC in T (having popped into Mr T on the road back, as it was that store that had all that cheap RTC cereal the other week - sadly best they could do now was £2.23:().

£2.43 for M online - who can tell?!? They don't look like they are £1 anymore - however, even if they were, the box at T would work out cheaper by weight than M:p.

As it now seems to be just me posting (several times), I'm going to call it a night! See you later:wave:.
