So when are you going to start doing wedding catering.... especially afternoon tea speciality!!!!
Oh suggested the same. He has suggested we look into seeing how much it would cost to turn our old laundry into a working kitchen, so that could be a long term plan .xx0 -
Congratulations to SSM and sad dad for their great money saving year:T

Ours went in freezer ,in small bags and pies as everyone was sick to death of it. Pies will be handy for when I am home late as ds3 can put them on for me .xx0 -

When I was a child, my mum did catering for weddings from our own kitchen.... but I think that the rules will have changes since then! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:TrulyMadly wrote: »Congratulations to SSM and sad dad for their great money saving year:T

I might do frugal feb:o but do apg's etc count or just cash?
I've given this a bit of thought bubbs. It would take me too long to log everything....wombles, cashback, etc and then I'm starting off with a fridge and freezer full of food so it's never going to be accurate.
As this is the first time I've done it, I'm going to keep it simple and only monitor the actual cash I spend.
Today for example. I've used wombles and picked up wombles but spent only 46p cash. I think I spent about £3 in wombles but picked up £5.96. However I'm only putting the 46p down as my actual spend for today.
In fact I could be in credit as I was given 2 of those 50p smiley things from a SA:). But that's another story:D And a £2 gift card:)
So at the end of January I will tell you exactly what I've spent in hard cash:)
The bit I'm unsure about is glitches. It's daft not to buy stuff cheap if I need it so I'm not going to miss out. Just need to think about that a bit more.To do is to be. Rousseau
