Its already been 01/01/2017 in Samoa since 10 ocolock our time - this freeks me out :rotfl: - that they are in a different month, day and year than us

    http://www.worldtimezone.com/newyear.html

New Years resolutions - don't really do them and it drives me mad that for the first 2 weeks in Jan every FB draw asks what your NYR are and I want to say something different and exciting but I cant think of anything ...

but having said that I do have some aims which are more like giving myself attainable challenges

Firstly more NSDs - I think they are the key to balancing the budget as it forces you not to spend just for leisure purposes, instead make use of what is already in your cupboards, fridge and freezer and use the time saved to cook from scratch.

2ndly - putting a bag into the food bank trolley each time we go into Mr T is going to be more of a challenge now that we don't have the lovely MOCs we have been using but it still must be possible to put at least a bagful in each month.

3rdly - Christmas shoe boxes - I took 10 full boxes to the donation point in November, my most number of boxes ever but I am aiming to collect enough to fill 6 boxes this year, a bit more of an attainable gaol.

4thly - the decluttering and downsizing is going to take a bit of a back seat for a few weeks, a few things had to be stored back under the stairs again before Christmas and I had to hide 2 boxes of extreme shame under the printer table as time just vanished but eventually I will start making progress again ...

    Upbeat (whey drink)

I posted a link for a coupon a few days ago for the upbeat whey drink. It's a coupon for £2.10 and it's currently £1.99 in Waitrose.

Today I noticed a "try me free" offer on the collar so if anyone has bought one and still has the receipt........ head to https://www.upbeat.yousay.org - you'll need a paypal account to receive your money back.
    Upbeat "Try me Free" Promotion

By participating in this offer, you ("Participant") accept and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

    - The offer is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only, excluding employees of Upbeat (the "Promoter") or Abstract Niche, their families, agents or anyone else connected with the offer or the parties named above. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity.

    - The offer runs on Upbeat Active Blueberry & Raspberry, Upbeat Active Strawberry, and Upbeat Active Coconut & Pineapple. You must apply online for this offer before the claim by date of 31st March 2017.

    - The Try me Free promotion on Upbeat Active packs means the Participant will receive a reward of a monetary value of the RRP of their purchased product into the Participants PayPal account.

    - In order to claim the Try Me Free reward the Participant must.

    - Purchase a pack of any of the following products Upbeat Active Blueberry & Raspberry, Upbeat Active Strawberry, and Upbeat Active Coconut & Pineapple in participating stores during the promotional period, login to the website address shown on the neck collar, answer a number of questions and provide PayPal details for payment.

Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from this promotion. Only individuals may participate. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of script, brute force or any other automated means, that persons entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

    - The offer is only good on purchases of specially marked packs of Upbeat Active Blueberry & Raspberry, Upbeat Active Strawberry, and Upbeat Active Coconut & Pineapple packs (flavours detailed above) and will continue only while stocks last or until the closing date specified in these terms and conditions, whichever comes first.

no, not too badly at all - I know this is as much progress as we can expect, we wont ever really be included in his life in any way shape or form but we just have to accept this.

Not spoken to eldest child yet but at least she will know that I wont be the problem maker in March.

Just starting to do a spring clean of the emails, dreary work

Firstly is anyone getting regular items to test from our favourite people north of the border
    - realising now that they have changed their system, despite me completing the including surveys as soon as they arrive, all I've had in the last 4 months is a bum wipes one to do :(

The people who live in the woods also don't love me any more. I had household questions in the summer but before that it has been a year since the last study ...
