Morning all! If anyone else does surveys for the company we can't mention (but whose name appeals to squirrels :D) could you please let me know if you can log on? I have two credits and I think I'm due another voucher, but it has shown a 'down for maintenance' message for 2 days now :(

Has anyone been on their TCB accounts this morning?

If not go and have a look at your earnings page.

it now only has 4 columns -
    merchant, date, purchase, cashback

all looks fine until you look at the cashback column which now has everything under one line so to see them all separately you have to untick the ones you don't want - they are also various colours which is also confusing

Filter: Pending Confirmed Payable Claimed Declined

Its only really pending, confirmed and payable you need for the most part

it really annoys me when things are alerted just for the sake of it, the way the page was laid out before was easy to read
“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Every day will allow you, --will invite you to add something to the pleasure of others, --or to diminish something of their pains.”

You never used your clubcard:o I wonder if that's why you got it quicker:o:o
My 1st 2 claims did come through within 48 hours maybe it's done on certain days

Choose third option and don't use cc when purchasing. Don't really see why it should be quicker though as surely they only verify purchase and extract cc information if it is there.

    Morning all

    A quick question.

Officially I can renew my passport from tomorrow as my passport then has 9 months expiry on it - but there are only just over 5 weeks before we are away again

Please can I ask has anyone just renewed their passports very recently and if so how long is it taking?

The other alternative is to wait until the end of August when there is at least an 8 week gap which in theory is a sensible choice but I am watching out for a few last minute offers in September so I will have to stop living in hope.

also the autumn hols final payment is due on August 1st but they wont issue the e tickets because the system wont accept my passport numbers - by the time of the autumn hols my passport will have less then 6 months expiry on it, decisions, decisions ...

I renewed mine just a few weeks ago. Turnaround was 2 weeks ?

Got a text to say it was received, and another a week later saying it was on the way back to me.

I used standard Royal Mail (but recorded) not SD or the Check and Send.

5 weeks may be cutting it fine as school holidays start very soon, but I reckon you should be OK.

Not saying my recipe would be different Yours may be better Its all about what you were brought up with Some folk say mine is too sweet.Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't and I have been known to strain if it only just started to burn

Please feel free to post or pm if you don't want too many people putting on a bit of weight just reading the ingredients
