Looks like it might be over now.
Nope, should still be on, but site is glitchy, perhaps.
Thanks DM for the link. I think the site has been crashing all day. Juju said she had to call them to book around lunchtime.

Hello MKS, so sorry you have been having such a rough time. I'm not surprised you are feeling sad with your Mums anniversary & everything going on as well. Wishing your Son a very positive outcome and sorry your poor aunt is so poorly. Do you mind me asking what alerted you to the moles please ? My ds has one which worries me to death. Thankyou my lively, I'm sending some hugs down South for you xx
Thanks, cjj, hugs are very welcome. :A Of course I don't mind you asking. His moles went from slightly raised, smooth, skin toned coloured bumps to crinkled, unsmooth (but not rough) and then partially discoloured bumps within a few weeks. The bad one is getting more 'angry', if that makes sense, more raised, darker but slowly getting crinkled.
Like most of us, he has had the flu'y type virus and it has left him with red eye 'whites'.Luckily he has a check up tomorrow because of his CP. Hopefully he will get sorted.
PLEASE do not hesitate to get your sons mole looked at. Be safe rather than sorry.x0 -
Thanks, tweets. :A
The lovely people on this forum, never fail to amaze me.
I am sitting here, feeling sad, as it is the anniversary of my Mum's death. Up pops tweets with a thought for me. :A Made me smile, thanks.
A few weeks ago, my son was diagnosed with three cancerous moles. A couple of :A:A on here, bubbs and queenie were there for me.Luckily he was fast tracked and his three moles were downgraded to one of 80% cancerous. He is now waiting to have them removed and treated but it looks quite positive.
Fingers and everything else crossed.
Last week, my last remaining aunt was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and due to her age, will not be with us much longer. The next morning when I logged on, Snap-ant posted about a pair of Birkenstocks that she knew that I was after, at an MSE price. :A The same morning, I had an absolutely lovely pm from Ladyshopper that really lifted me. :A
The friendship and support of people on here is amazing.
Thank you.

Thankyou MKS. Hope the check up goes well tomorrow. My ds is 25 in Jan and mole is on his back so he can't see it very well. Over the years I've pestered the life out of him until he went for it checking ( last time being a couple of years back ). He refuses to go again saying it's a waste of everyone's time even though doctor said she would check that mole anytime for him. It's very raised, very big & brown but he won't even let me look at it as he is sick of me nagging. I don't think it has changed from the little glimpse I've had of it but I worry about the sun on it. He asked for it removing last time but they said they wouldn't do it. Love to all xxCherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.
