Good afternoon all, having not done an APG shop in about a year, I did the beans/ sausage one last week - thanks OP. However, when I went to use the voucher which was about £4.50, problems occurred. Firstly it scanned, then it rejected. In the end I had to go to customer services, they could not get it to work either. They gave me a refund, but I was wondering, did I do something wrong, did they, or is it like this every time now? Thanks for reading x I must admit it's put me off trying again! X

I have no idea Ellsey, been years since I last did an APG. No longer follow what the rules may be, know there have been issues claiming the APG, and as there is no A's near to me, it would have to be glitch on an item, that I would normally buy or use, for me to do the detour en route back from work (Plus, last time I did that detour, annoyingly found that the 60mph, had been reduced to 50mph, for miles & miles!)

Saw thelse in Sainsburys, but to be honest I didn't think it sensible to buy yet more cheese:eek:

Shouldn't have gone in there though, ended up buying a mini chopper for £9.99 :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Fermie, sorry to hear your news, right now what you need is your family xx

I didn't want to bring the thread down over the last 2 days so left till today, my mother in law passed away Christmas Day. Very sad time, especially for my two girls who are struggling, especially the eldest.

Oh fernie that is very sad news huge hugs to you and yours, hope you will find the strength to get through. So hard at this time of year too. Heaven has another Xmas Angel looking down - just my little thought but it helped me xx

It isn't always like that - if the voucher was definitely in date, it was likely just a system wobble (it plays up now and again just to embarrass us at the tills :D).

Don't let it put you off - most times it works fine :).
