    I went to Waitrose, they said that they have 'something like Edam' I smiled politely explaining that I just need Edam..... the SA said ooh we had someone else just wanting a full Edam. I again smiled and said that they do look lovely on a cheese board!

    Yes but very light brown, i got it cheap in a's beginning of the year
