    Hi Sal,
    How is your sister?
Thanks or looking at gift sets:T:T

She is still in a lot of pain.We were supposed to be going out for a meal today but she wasn't up to it.She could hardly put one foot in front of the other. It is only sixmonths since she had a hip replacement.
She is 5 years younger than me but seems to have inherited both mums and dads ailments. She has crohns decease as well and has to have infusions to dampen down her immune system.

    I am visiting on Saturday.

Thought sausage rolls where made with puff pastry .

I think that's why I still have the shortcrust in the freezer 3 years after I bought it:rotfl:

Mum always did shortcrust pastry with sausage rolls so unless you've another use for them I'd give it a go. She made the pastry herself from scratch.

I might make some mince pies using the shortcrust, although it's not sweet pastry but I'm sure the children will eat them regardless. I can't make pastry to save my life. It never turns out light, more like leather:rotfl:
