She is still in a lot of pain.We were supposed to be going out for a meal today but she wasn't up to it.She could hardly put one foot in front of the other.It is only sixmonths since she had a hip replacement.
She is 5 years younger than me but seems to have inherited both mums and dads ailments.She has crohns decease as well and has to have infusions to dampen down her immune system.
I am visiting on Saturday.0 -

Thought sausage rolls where made with puff pastry .
I think that's why I still have the shortcrust in the freezer 3 years after I bought it:rotfl:Mum always did shortcrust pastry with sausage rolls so unless you've another use for them I'd give it a go. She made the pastry herself from scratch.
I might make some mince pies using the shortcrust, although it's not sweet pastry but I'm sure the children will eat them regardless. I can't make pastry to save my life. It never turns out light, more like leather:rotfl:0 -
