Probably already posted, but on HUKD from Europarts - 99p for a powerbank including free postage:
    http://www.hotukdeals.com/deals/euro-car-parts-2000mah-power-bank-99p-free-economy-delivery-2577399#comments

It will not be the best, but can keep your phone on for a little while longer while out :).

The thread above links to another thread with a 32% off discount code (25% off on the home page) - not available on this item but was good for getting oil that I needed anyway and cheaper than local .

Oh No Lizzie. I must admit mine had none left by 9.30am, but I had already stocked up yesterday, which I know doesn't help you!
I can't believe you are catering for 37 people. What size turkey do you have to buy to feed that many? At least you'll be guaranteed to have a lovely day celebrating with all your loved ones.

We have TWO large turkeys! Cooked in different ovens and ferried across town!!

Thanks all, it does seem to be that one. It doesn't seem that nice, so I 'll keep hunting.
I need to read up on head for points about hilton points and all that. I have about £30 of boost vouchers towards a hilton stay and apparently they give an NHS workers discount , so that may be a better way forward.
I also have no idea where we should be aiming for in London, I've managed to book Les Mis and The play that went wrong for both nights, so I guess somewhere near theatreland would be good.

The search continues....if anyone has any pearls if wisdom, it'd be much appreciated.x

A free night at any Hilton can be had fairly easily with a Hilton credit card. headforpoints is your friend. Personally I use IHG a lot - but have to spend much for for my annual free night. They do run a "accelerate" challenge whereby you can earn points with varying degrees of ease. Again, headforpoints.

Maybe try secretescapes. Recently we got a serviced apartment in Aldgate for £29/night (actually £14 as I had a credit)......though that was somewhat exceptional.

I don't know if it's of any use to you but do you buy "day seats" at the theatre? I hadn't done that before until recently but have a few times now. You buy the tickets from the box office [90% of the time in person only] on the morning of the show. Depending on the show you might need to be somewhat early (not camping out). I've had front row seats each time for £15 - £25. No booking fees. We saw Funny Girl, The Mousetrap and Bodyguard in this way.

Of course the downside is having to be in London early but sometimes possible if you are there for a few nights. A much better idea in the Summer too of course. Maybe it'll be useful for someone in the future. Whilst I'm at it todaytix is a great app for cheap tickets and ticket lotteries.
