Yes, think we have been lucky. So much for my intended email! I really think this should be added within the t&c 2l - it is very misleading. Wonder though if this was the case when they were owned by Tesco as lets face it they never did know their own rules.

It's a shame that Dobbies are no longer including luxury hot chocolates in with the free drinks but it was good while it lasted. Membership is only £10 a year when paid by direct debit so I won't be complaining. However, it is a bit frustrating when you think they have amended the terms and conditions that applied when you signed up, but you can't be sure.
