    Update on my asics running shoes. Store refused to exchange/refund my trainers which split along the seam during a 5k race. Said after 5 months it was fair wear and tear and my running style. Took matter to trading standards and have now had a letter from asics head office offering me an exchange. Can't wait to go instore and hopefully see the manager who refused my request for a refund/exchange.

    Notice in dobbies today you now cannot have a large luxury hot chocolate as your free monthly drink.

    Yes I have used the same email address. First one came through within minutes. Second one I won yesterday hadnt come through up to two hours after. I went out after that and didnt check until today. It was there so you can use same email address.
