Just noticing Shopmium are promoting Fruity Water for babies/ children

    What's wrong with "just"water?

You can get that out the tap, they don't want you doing that.

cjj....I hope you are ok this morning.....it will be light soon and things may seem better......have you someone you can turn to this morning for a good chat....a problem shared and all that:)......you will know in your own head what you need to do today to improve what you are going through....you have been here before.

I remember your tiny voice in the middle of the night .....it was years ago.....when there was no one around to help.......and you made it through. You are a very strong lady with a boatload of advice for us lot on here.....advise yourself....what would you be saying to one of us in your position? Now listen to that advice......

Keep posting. Drop in later cjj and let us all know how you are:A

I remember TM. Thank-you for your encouragement, at work today so keeping busy which is always a good thing as it stops me thinking too much. Just so sick of this now but have got better at coping I think xxx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

As MKS and TS have said, they are my dearest friends Steve and Andy, plus Kit too, who are like family to me. They all pulled together when Alan was ill, and after his death, to look after me, as Alan had asked them too (though they would have done it anyway). I spend a lot of my time with them and they keep me going. I don't know what I would have done without them since Alan's death. And we all met through MSE, I met Kit in person first and then Steve/Andy. We visit each other regularly and holiday together. The lads are in early 50's and Kit in early 40's. I do have my Big Sis, Niece and 2 great nieces 'up home' in Newcastle and they help me loads but the gang (the lads and Kit) are my lifeline ♥♥♥

P.S. I've not got any children ..... never wanted them, would have made a terrible mother lol

That is so untrue 3Dogs. You have so much love in your heart to give. :A

glad you got through last night, a bit of sleep is always helpful and as you say its vital to keep busy so you are not dwelling and mulling

exactly what I am doing today - busyness to stop the demons invading your head :)
