    Could it be suggested that he has a key safe fitted with his permission of course. And just trusted people like youself would know the combination. Don't know what a POA is but might be revelant for them to have the keysafe number too. Could save these call outs to you. Wonder why he is not answering the phone. Glad he is ok anyhow :)

    Good suggestion :T

    Added bit of info re keysafe code, make sure a note of it is given to local police and they will store it on their command and control system in case they ever need it.

    Indian feast tonight....4 curries over 2 cards thanks to Amex. x

    I also went to the deli and got a lot of sliced ham.... to be told that they don't take Amex. As they had sliced it for me, I just could not say that I only had Amex on me.

    Also been to a butchers, £10 of mince and £10 of stewing steak. The staff was fab.... I ended up in the shop for 20 minutes having a moan/laugh about OH cleaning and about the SA hubby.... we decided we are both on s*x strike!

    He is related to my OH. He has draws and draws full of cr*p. He also had three shed..... when we eventually move he has to keep his things in the garage or he may be murdered in his sleep!

    I've just got home from shopping, OH is f*ing and j*ffing under his breath...... he has taken half the bits and pieces off the book shelf. He announced that he had washed the wall behind (it is fitting so cannot be moved) and washed the 2 top shelves. He clearly thinks I am going to take over..........I think now it is a war of wills who can leave it the longest (I think I will win).

    Men eh!!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    You were in my neck of the woods..
    Whilst at Norfolk lavender did Mr Ted visit Farmer Freds? he would have enjoyed it..
    The Hoste is at Burnham Market- did you see the white twinking Christmas lights on the green?
    hope you enjoyed your trip and Mr Ted wasn't too mischievous

    Yes we did visit Farm Freds. Lovely in there but was a bit upset they didn't sell game pie by the slice. Places like that make me fancy some. Extortionately prices sausage rolls but we got some reduced.
    The Hoste was an exquisite meal and somewhere I would recommend to TM if she was in the area. We had a little wander and spent some time in the art gallery.
    The Christmas market was well worth a visit and fun to look round although I didn't buy anything.
    Waitrose before I got the train home although we couldn't play with my picks as I hadn't got any of my cards with me.

    Made good time again on trains and home in 2 1/2 hours which is very good as the drive is 4 plus.
