Morning, thank you. Mum is 85 but really, really, really wants a smart phone!! She doesn't use the phone she has, admittedly a very old basic one, never takes it with her, doesn't switch it on etc but because my sister & I have a smartphone she wants one so I see no reason not to get her something she wants for Christmas. Her face will light up, she will feel mordern, hipp & cool and I will get several calls a day asking me for help on using it ( from landline). :rotfl:

My account is still a mess Shirley. I have far more points than I should have and expect them to be removed at any time. Live chat is a waste of time and phoning them is no better. You almost have to tell them what their T&C's are.

Having said that, their recent bonus points promotion was the most exciting n a long while and the double up helped a lot of folk out this Christmas.
Absolutely agree on all counts. I saw my points plummet from £185 to £25 but now back up to £60. :)
  • Morning peeps....Thank you Nanny for the tea...Needed that after walking the boy..

Argh!!! I've just logged into Amazon to try and get my money back but it's not recognising me, it's saying I'm not a prime member and I've never placed any orders!:mad:

Websites shouldn't have Black Friday offers if they can't handle traffic!

Are you sure you logged into .co.uk and not .com? (Done it before myself with another site).
