I too have a tin obsession and keep speaking sternly to myself: where will you put it? What will you use it for?! I keep my spaghetti in a lovely red Campari tin.

I was looking at the pannetoni in Asda today in a very useful deep cake tin for £6 but I resisted. They also had cat treat tins, square boxes for £5 but I though these were a bit dear.
Mr T has the vintage looking oxo, bisto and paxo tins half price for £2 each but again I resisted.

Yes - its quite an obsession :D

Oh... I'm not sure I wanted to know that!!! I keep spare (ie wombled fruit and caffeine free) teabags in a vintage Oxo tin. I'll try and be good in T!!

Found a lovely tin in the charity shop with 'bits & bobs' written on it, just perfect for replacing the dying plastic box holding fuses and electrical tape etc. Gives me great joy each time I see it!!

On radio 2 at lunchtime there was a bloke talking about all the various cash back sites - I heard him mention shopitize, clicksnap, tcb and then my work phone rang and I actually had to do some work :rotfl:

Well that trip home from work was hard work - waited 25 minutes for a bus that according to the real time bus tracker thing was "due" and then when it did arrive it was fuller than full so I waited another 10 mins for the next one, which I was getting on come hell or high water :rotfl:

But I did just pick up a brand new Animal bag for £2 :j

I am absolutely frozen. Off to warm my bones up :rotfl:

Ooooh, cant you elucidate further, not someone annoying next to you, someone passing out in front of the bus or anything like that? I sooo miss your bus stories :D

You must have read my mind VT....I was talking to OH last night about the puzzle and I think we came to the conclusion that FB might be a good place to look for something suitable picture wise....he actually did come up with the exact comment of picture on the wall when finished too.
We still cant work out if they are puzzlers or not but hoping that an inspiring picture might spark them to give it a go.

Thanks to Snap again for the suggestion and link....I'm hoping to get something sourced over the weekend and order it the early part of next week...

Another idea you could add in a puzzle board so they can store if if they don't want it out on table all the time. They slide nicely under the sofa.
