Westvleteren wrote: »Hot chocolate anyone?
Thoughts please?Food photography is harder than it looks, i'm going to do a reshoot, only this time work cold so that the marshmallow don't lose form so quickly and that the chocolate doesn't melt. But the handle, does it matter that it's missing in one image? Do you want a bigger depth of field i.e. seeing more of the image sharp ? Would it look out of place in say the tesco mag recipe section? Sorry for so many questions but you do get hot chocolate
:D
For what it's worth, I would use the second photo. Handle put back a bit so that the 'user' could reach it comfortably and remove the spoon. Depends what the photo is 'intended' to be used for. For me, the cakes complement the hot chocolate and should therefore be on a plain white plate.
Are you on talkphotography? There are a lot of helpful people on there with their critique.x0 -

I remember in the big glitch having to get only one of the BOGOF stuff, just against the grain.
Yip, looks fine to me apart from the spoon and im left handed. Depth of field is fine too. I like the large amount of space in the first on, gives it a nice weighting, although perhaps a little darker.Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -

Poor lass, it was obvious that Sharron meant the lad by what she was saying, but as usual she cocked up her names.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”

Saversue hope your mum improves soon, and don't forget to look after yourself:)Hampy We are just back from the canaries It was apparently unseasonably cool Would recommend an extra cardigan just in case. Enjoy whatever you do
Thank you for the tip mrsmac, that's very kind. I know Tenerife and fuerteventura can be cooler and perhaps a little windy, we are off to Gran Canaria so hoping its warmer :rotfl: - have 2 long cardigans in the case and wearing a long coat and boots to the airport just to be safe. Flew back from Spain 3 weeks ago and I was wearing flip flops. My feet were blooming freezing when we landed :rotfl:

Think it was in just a bit too long and is slightly crisp on the top:o
You've probably already done so TM, but agree with other posters, slice the top off and turn it over, this will also give a nice flat surface when you come to marzipan and ice it. Even if you don't ice it, it will still look niceRe ipint payment. Do you have to request on desktop as it's not letting me cash out. Tia xx
I see Anon has helped with this. Just wanted to say I'm now being paid out the full amount for each 4 pack I'm buying. After I dropped Jo an email for one that went through at £1 she topped it up, the 2 packs I bought on Friday have been approved (bought from M) and £7 showing waiting to be paid

Strange things we find on wombles.
Ooo I love a bit of Lucy Bee, can eat it off the spoon. Usually order from Amazon or buy in sainsbobs whichever is the cheaper. Didn't know A and M sold it now. Thank you sal

You think that what she did say wrong name?
Yeah, she was saying she was only choosing to loose 'him' because 'he' had been in the bottom so many times. I dont think Sam has been in the bottom 2 has she?
Even the camera was looking at the lad when the name was said.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
