Evening all :wave:

Just a heads up for those driving to Kensington Olympia for future events, there's no longer free parking available around the venue for the entire weekend. Seems like they've changed the whole zone as you can only pay to park for a maximum of of 2 hours (no return) rather than 8 anymore.

The City Durham Hotel,
Basically a pub with rooms I think, which would have suited us down to the ground!
At the moment the best bet is the Royal County, but at their prices we will just go for the day and the show and taxi homel.

Have you tried writing to them rather than emailing. Might be worth a try.

I think that's the email address I used, its on the FAQ on the app. I sent the email from my paypal email address and gave no details as to who I was, just that they had only given me £1 not the £3.50 and could they please look into. I was expecting an email back asking for details of who I was but they fixed it with just that.
