Thanks VT for the tip on needing to spend a pound for the nectar points. That explains why my one banana didn't qualify a while ago!
Naebarric - my front garden is still looking beautiful thanks to your tip on local bargain plants that is until the frost tonight.

Mr TM would definitely not wear them but DS has a very eclectic taste in socks and they'll go down a treat:)

Over the last few years, I have been giving extremely bright posh socks to grooms prior to the wedding, and each one of them has actually worn them on the wedding day!

Dear me (yes I really do talk like this around friends in RL!), sometimes life is so tempting...

If you keep going on, you'll have me mentioning about my fat balls:rotfl::rotfl:. And people would not like me doing that.

There's also a Dawn Chorus version at £1, but that seems to be total lower weight (not big balls:D!), so it did not get onto the list. Of course, the M product has been £1 for ages, but just getting there to the list last week, eventually I succumbed to it! So, it's on the list.

You are more than welcome to talk about your fat balls....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Good news Busylizzie :T Hope he makes a speedy recovery now.

My W trip didn't go quite as well as I hoped. They didn't have either the BE fish or my back up option of fish fingers so I had to do some hasty instore recalculations. I got three chickens and three packs of Hereford mince. Except that some miserable excuse for a human being had put a pack of Aberdeen Angus extra lean mince in with the Hereford and of course that was the one I picked up
As a result I only got one 3 for £10 discount instead of 2 and 5 pyo discounts instead of 6. Valuable lesson learned. At least my conditional spend voucher was accepted. And the staff in W are lovely.

glad it was good news from lizzie, xxx

is it to late to get a card to do the small shops ifnot what do i get i have never used plastic before.

wheres my manners please and thanks xx

    It is not too late.

If you don't have an Amex, there are lots to chose from.

Last Thursday I applied for a Gold Card, it arrived today. It is a charge card, not a credit card (meaning it needs to be paid off each month).

If you are applying there are usually bonus points, which are increased if you are referred..... well worth it.
