Actually (I'm still not off this topic:rotfl:), I bet some messages will get through them with no problem, because I can envisage some situation that could cause or contribute to causing someone harassment, because of an ongoing situation, but which the company could accept because they wouldn't be aware of the surrounding context. It's perfectly possible to harass someone or be offensive without using specific "offensive words". Doing so would be something I would greatly discourage.

(In fact, sending any birthday cake at all to someone, with any inscription or none at all, although normally a decent thing to do to someone you like on their birthday, could in rare situations itself amount to harassment. I think there is someone that has been ordered by a court harassment order not to send any birthday cards to their ex. Normally, sending a birthday card to someone is a legal act. However, in some situations, which are not common, doing so can amount to harassment and the courts can impose court orders not to do so - breach of which is against the law. The whole point is that harassment law prevents (or doesn't prevent but seeks to punish if they don't) people from doing acts that would otherwise normally be legal - but, in some situations, acts that are normally perfectly legal can amount to harassment and that is against the law.)
