buy 5 of 3 different types of UP & GO (250ml) in Mr T costing (5 x £1.00) £5.00. 5 MOCs @ £1.79 each = £8.95. BM for (5 x 20p) £1.00. spend £5.00 less (£8.95 + £1.00) £9.95 = £4.95 PROFIT.
I did a shop yesterday with the up+go and posted results, but also mentioned in post 32569 re up+go T v A,,,but its better to mention it again, and without your original post I would never have known about the drinks.
So thanks for a good spot0 -
Good and bad results in my Tesco, they sell up and go!! (That's the good news). Bad news, only 1 flavour and 330 ml, so no overage and no BG, but free up and go!0

Just re read the terms of nectar swipe 5 times for 500 points and it says minimum spend £1. AAU1 was told by chat that it was any value.
Glad I checked as only 4 of my 5 spends were over £1 so have time to do another one.
Hope that helps someone.

Meant to say, found some Asda Good & Counted apple and raspberry cereal bars, packs of 5, rtc to 20p. There's none left on the shelf now:pWhat is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0

NOT SEEN ANY ON MY MR T THOUGH.
I did buy the 330ml and voucher went through for £1.79 without a prompt.
Sooo…. Theoretically buy 5 of 3 different types of UP & GO (250ml) in Mr T costing (5 x £1.39) £6.95. 5 MOCs @ £1.79 each = £8.95. BM for (5 x 59p) £2.95. spend £6.95 less (£8.95 + £2.95) £11.90 = £4.95 PROFIT.

So, they don't even pick up the M price on some of those soups and therefore can't guarantee that people will never pay more if you had been doing a target shop against M (or had just bought them not knowing:eek: the prices of elsewhere and if M had happened to be cheaper overall on other items in a 10+ different items shop).
I know it's irrelevant to your shop - another irrelevant interjection and point from me again:rotfl: - but it's there...
They seem to be 'playing with us' online and not wishing us to do APG shopping on the soups as I notice all the ones that are stocked in A and M are absent from online but the ones that A doesn't have are there, although maybe APG isn't the best way of shopping.
I do not know how the TBG collectors are missing these and they seem to me to have not done a very good job as the soups that M has are I think in every M or else only odd ones that may be OOS in specific stores or are absent from those stores may not be in some stores. I have all six that M has (that I think are all six that M has, maybe I am missing some:rotfl:) in almost every one of the stores I've seen (probably now over 20 different stores in the past couple of weeks) and I would have thought that three stores should get all six - I have no problem whatsoever doing so or finding them in M. Considering now that the TBG collectors, for TBG, only have to concern themselves with branded items (of which there are fewer in M than M's overall stock) - although I'm sure they collect more information for T than that - this is a very poor show indeed IMO. T itself, for its own purposes, might not want the information that its agency collects for it to be inaccurate or incomplete and T's agency doesn't seem to be doing a very good job for T in that respect.0 -

Hi TS
If you travel with another person there is something called Two Together (I think). Or if you are deaf or have some other qualifying disability, there is a disability railcard which also gives discounts if there is someone travelling with you. Other than that, I don't know. I think one of the southern areas used to have a railcard which anyone could buy but I don't know.
If you have a hearing aid and can prove it by uploading pics you can get a disabled railcard which is worth a third off once you have paid for it of course. You don t need to have anyone with you but if you do they get a third off too.:)0 -
