It should be worth the effort with £200 for applying (ends today by midnght) but it really annoys me - they also ask the most intrusive questions of any application process.

Which account is it for the £200 please. Do you have to do any DD? I have never switched banks before, but looking to remortgage to these soon, so might be an ideal time.
