I hope we get some trick or treaters this year. I don't think we got a single caller last year:o. I've got a big tin of out of date 10p sweets to give away. If they all go they can have sachets of Ready Brek:rotfl::rotfl:

not had any in the 16 years we have lived here, but still get bits , just in case :o

can i ask, when you are drinking these smoothies, are you drinking them "instead" of a meal as a meal replacement or as well as a meal? i have been given the hinari genie brand new as SIL was bought it but dont use it, i am doing the Slimming World plan and pureed fruit is frowned upon, but think it would be a good way of adding extra speed foods to the plan and wondered if you have them as well as meals or in place of.

To be honest CC I've been trying to put weight on so I'm having it as an extra. I'm probably not the one to ask but I think you would have to add protein powder or similar if you wanted a replacement meal.

I like sprouts :D, sprouts with chestnuts and bacon are rather scrummy but can be a bit of a deadly combination. :o

I love Halloween...I think it's a throwback to when the kids were little and I love having trick or treaters call. We are tucked out the way a little and I don't think people can be bothered to call. I asked Mr TM earlier if he can be bothered to help me carve out a couple of pumpkins to put either side of the gate but he said no and now I can't be bothered either:rotfl:

You might remember I posted last week about a little glitch on these "sleepy" products from Marksies.
Should have been £22 but I got them for £10.60:)
I found a little basket in the loft that they fit into perfectly. Just need some tissue paper and cellophane and I have a lovely present for a friend:T
