    Morning Everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help. I brought a dress on line at Debenhams on 3rd Oct and collected it from the store the next day and returned it on the 10th October and collected my returns receipt however when I checked my bank account £49 had been taken out on the 28th October. I contacted Debenhams head office who asked me to scan the returns receipt and send it to them. Which I did and I then received a reply stating that as I had returned it to the store it was up to the store to sort it out. To which I complained and said surely head office can return my money into my account and I expected compensation. I received another email to say that they would give me a £5 voucher if I accepted this apology and that the local store would get in touch with me shortly. I dont think this is good enough. What do you think?

Hope everyone has a good day and hugs to all that need them.

As long as the store does contact you quickly I feel that £5 good will gesture is fair considering the cost of the item. But thats only my opinion.

    Morning Seren,

I never seem to get the chance to thank you for your lovely morning pictures. It's always a cheery start to the day:T

Well I was in Argos yesterday and it was as if they were giving stuff away. I stood in a queue of about 10 with all tills open. I anticipated all sorts of problems with my Zeek voucher codes but they went through no problem.
My shop came to £100.08 as I'd added on one of those 10p items to get me over the £100 mark but I only received a £5 gift voucher. When I mentioned it, the manager came over and gave me the other £5 without any problem but I wondered if the 10p item was excluded from the deal.

Anyway I now have £10 to spend before 1st December and there's nothing I need:o
Mr TM uses those 2032 little round batteries in his Power Meter so I might just stockpile some of those:)

Hi TM, did you purchase 2 x £50 gc from Zeek ? I'm looking to do the same for £100 spend. Tia xx
Cherish those you have in your life because you never know when they won't be there anymore.

No matter how you feel, get up, dress up & never give up.

Yuk  that's not tea it's warmed up milk and water :rotfl:

I like a good strong tea with just a tiny drop of milk. Assam is my favourite with PG Tips second. I can't drink that Yorkshire tea it's got an awful none taste :o :rotfl: :rotfl:

:D:D:D Ditto AJ - my favourite tea is Lidl's Assam - then PG Tips & the Typhoo as on offer in Ts

(black - no ghastly milk )
