    Morning Everyone,
I wonder if anyone can help. I brought a dress on line at Debenhams on 3rd Oct and collected it from the store the next day and returned it on the 10th October and collected my returns receipt however when I checked my bank account £49 had been taken out on the 28th October. I contacted Debenhams head office who asked me to scan the returns receipt and send it to them. Which I did and I then received a reply stating that as I had returned it to the store it was up to the store to sort it out. To which I complained and said surely head office can return my money into my account and I expected compensation. I received another email to say that they would give me a £5 voucher if I accepted this apology and that the local store would get in touch with me shortly. I dont think this is good enough. What do you think?

Hope everyone has a good day and hugs to all that need them.

So long as you get your money owed back, you are not really entitled to any compensation, so £5 is still better than nothing.
