    LOGIN PROBLEMS

Shopitize Hi everyone, we're very sorry you've experienced this issue. Would you mind emailing us at feedback@shopitize.com so we can have a look at your account's specific history? Thank you

EDIT ; It appears that all accounts that are linked to other accounts have been suspended regardless of whether they be other family members. Users have to explain why accounts are linked before (or if) they will be desuspended.

Someone posted this email they received to their FB Wall  (but also :rotfl:)
What's all this on about ......

    Hi there,

As you have noticed you can no longer access your account.

As a precautionary method against fraudulent activity we have deactivated all accounts that are linked to multiple other accounts.

We understand that in some cases friends or family members may share a communal device when using Shopitize and we have taken this into consideration. The account you are referring to is connected to a number of other accounts that is above the level we deem to be fraudulent and therefore unfortunately the account has been suspended.

If you believe that you are not in breach of our terms & conditions and the accounts associated with yours are justified, then please provide any knowledge you may have as to why these associated accounts may appear.

We are currently looking further into this and when we have a better understanding of the situation we will be in touch to the email address your account is registered under.

If you have been intentionally using multiple accounts to take advantage of our system, then we advise that you use this investigation period to come forward and return any funds claimed illegitimately before legal action will be taken against you.

    Thank you.

Thankfully I've only got Sloppy accounts for my wife, my mum and myself (no pets or children :A) we are each paid into separate bank accounts with each of our names on them so it should be easy enough to get them to unlock them

I wonder what the most number of linked accounts they detected is

I thought is was one account per phone because when you use an offer it is taken off your list????
My shopotizes is on my phone and OH has it on his - different emails, bank accounts, names and phones.
The number of offers has dropped so much now, its taken me since early September to this week to get to the £4 mark to do a withdrawal

Its Shopmium which operates on a sole account per device basis unless you have a rooted phone.

    not quite true

you can have multiple accounts on one device, they just can't claim the same offers

I normally get ham from the deli. But none reduced for a week now. So got 2 prepackaged ones. Added them to my picks on the phone app while I was there. £2.99 each then 2 for £4. Also another £1.20 off for my picks. Making it £1.40 per pack.

On another note. My Asda did not have the small bottles of trivento wine that I wanted to test. Thanks wacky for posting
