I've had a stew slowly cooking for most of the day....I just checked it and realised that instead of a spoonful of gravy granules,I must have added a spoonful of cocoa powder this morning...i's a little sweeter than normal so I'm now trying to balance the flavour out with red wine!
Tea tonight may be interesting ....That said, I'm sure I saw one of the TV chefs suggesting dark chocolate makes a good addition to chilli, so maybe it won't be too bad.
