Can I ask how you all got your nectar points added to your account in the nectar promotion last weekend. I went to customer services as I think aau said after said had said they had just bought one banana to get them added. CSA insisted i needed to buy some groceries and go through the checkout and I said I know lots of people who have had them added at customer services (dd included in this sainsbury). Any way after a difference of opinion she said "on this occasion" I will add - just like at asda when they overcharge and dont want to give you a giftcard!
Did a bootfair yesterday and got rid of a few of the S&g. Started off at 60p and sold a few, then people kept sniffing them and in the end got knocked down to 30p! Still a small profit I suppose.

It makes me so cross when they make up their own rules. If she hadn't added my points I too would be writing to head office.
Now while I am having a rant can I have the elite's opinion on this. DD has has some asics running shoes and bought them 5 months ago. Has trained in them 3 times a week and whilst doing a 10k the upper fabric came away from the sole about 3 inches long. Took them back to shop stating sale of goods act and fit for purchase but they said it was fair wear and tear. Said it was my dd's running style. She has been running 20 years and this has never happened to her trainers before. They agreed to take photos and send them to HO - this was over 2 weeks ago and still not heard anything from this. Shall I drop the matter or pursue? Thank you in advance.0 -
