    Yes bubbs they sent me a list of the spending & I just had to say which was & wasn't mine & sign it. They were really good actually xx

    On Wednesday I realised someone had been using my cc. I telephoned them and raised this. The woman asked how come I am certain that these were not my purchases. I am not sure whether she wanted to laugh when I told her that Paypall had frozen my account about a year ago for suspected money laundring and I still have not proofed that I am just a normal person!!

    Can I ask how you all got your nectar points added to your account in the nectar promotion last weekend. I went to customer services as I think aau said after said had said they had just bought one banana to get them added. CSA insisted i needed to buy some groceries and go through the checkout and I said I know lots of people who have had them added at customer services (dd included in this sainsbury). Any way after a difference of opinion she said "on this occasion" I will add - just like at asda when they overcharge and dont want to give you a giftcard!
    Did a bootfair yesterday and got rid of a few of the S&g. Started off at 60p and sold a few, then people kept sniffing them and in the end got knocked down to 30p! Still a small profit I suppose.

    I think that the CS just pick and choose what they want to do.... thank god mine has been fab. All the clothes are returned... and cash back on cards without them blinking their eyes!!

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    I am still using the S&G!

    Some staff make up the rules - I just took 8 to CS and they added them without question. Another time I added one to the next shop, then the last one added by CS.

    Dear bubbs

    Thanks for your email regarding your recent visit to one of our stores.

    I'm sorry that the customer services colleague refused to put the points from the Swipe & Win event through for you. This certainly isn't how our in store colleagues have been trained.

    I can confirm that the coupons are valid until 30th October, and can be scanned through until then, so I'm concerned that this colleague was giving you (and probably a lot of other customers) the wrong information.

    If you could please reply with the name of the store, the approximate time you were in store, and a description of the colleague in question, I can pass this information over to the store manager. They can then identify this colleague and ensure that this behaviour stops immediately.

    It's never our intention to mislead our customers and cause them to lose out on bonus points that they've rightfully earned.

    Please be assured that your comments have been logged, so we can monitor this kind of issue more closely in order to make sure that it doesn't happen again in future.

    Thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us and we hope to hear back from you soon.

    Kind regards
