The cake will get eaten but it's not the same. It tastes shop bought and artificial:o
I have real problems with synthetic flavourings - I think they have an after-taste which lingers, like a plastic sensation.“All shall be well, and all shall be well and all manner of thing shall be well.”0 -

Did a Muller shop 11+1 earlier - apg £2.91. Don't like the Lights due to the sweetener, but the ordinary yoghurt in the corner ones is OK as it contains sugar. My only problem is what to do with the actual corner bits - way too sweet for me.
I have just started to make my own yoghurt. Got a bit of a health scare recently and am watching sugar. Was told to go for the full fat yoghurts as they have less sugar and are more filling. But when I look at the sugar content, it still seems a lot and I'm not sure if it is natural sugar or added. I've been lusting after an Instant Pot for ages so the decision to make yoghurt plus it being on offer at Costco meant I could no longer resist temptation and I'm enjoying my new toy hugely. I get lovely thick yoghurt and have taken to mixing some of it with the Muller corners which are too sweet for me too. It's a new treat and I'm due to make my third batch of yoghurt this week. With 4 pints of milk selling for £1, it's not an expensive playtime either!0 -

xxlouise56xx is friends with mrs aau1 who says she's still active on fb.:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
RL a bit too busy at the moment but I enjoy coming on here for a quick catch-up and to see what bargains I am missing.
Will dash to A tomorrow for CS free fish (did COS when it first appeared) and for some more yoghurts. Am sticking to the 11+1 as the lists of all the others confuse me -- stupid, I know.Serendipitious wrote: »Mine's easy = £0.00

Just got back from T's and I fear the little dish party may be over. I got 6 and handed over 6 coupons and the till would only accept 1 coupon, lovely S/A tried and tried, but could not get it to work, had to go to CS to pay for shopping. They took the coupons, but a lot of fuss, did not try to give her the mag coupons as well!! Been working fine all week. Just wondered if the soup and Hipp coupons would still work??
Little dishes worked for me today but I only bought 3. I also did 6 Hipps and the coupons all worked. They went straight into the food bank.
Actually, I should have been trouted as I was not thinking straight. Was wandering round the store trying to work out what to buy to hide the fact that it was a mega coupon shop and only found a few bits. The last time I did the little dishes, I totally forgot about the £1 off coupons as well so forgot that I needed enough shopping to hide the extra. Cashier pressed the wrong button and the till opened so she had to call a manager. He looked a coupons a few times, told me I could only use 7 (not sure where 7 came from as there were six Hipps, 3 free little dishes and 3 £1 off coupons) so I grabbed one £1 off little dishes back. He then did some sums in his head, looked confused and told me there was 70p to pay. I paid and ran!!!0 -
