so it should be easy enough to get them to add 250pts per transaction as a minimum

I think that's how they are interpreting this:

"Any transaction that is completed offline will not be eligible for this offer."

The above is on Lakeland and Currys page but the Currys page says separately:

"Points are awarded on home delivery, reserve & collect and pay & collect."

whereas Lakeland isn't so explicit.

Clear as mud, eh? :rotfl:

Regardless, I'm sticking to Currys home delivery as it's not worth the petrol, parking, time for me to go to Lakeland

edit: surely reserve and collect at Currys is completed offline...? Who wrote these T&Cs! :eek:

Exactly - OH has been on the phone all week trying to work out exactly what was going on.
He has also been putting his CV together and getting a folder together with all of the training manuals he has contributed to incase the worst was coming so he was ready for the next step.
The procedure for offenders for any offence against company policy is a signed for letter and immediate suspension pending investigations and neither of these happened so he had no idea what was going on all week

Mind you it was an on call week so they would have had no one to do the on call if they had suspended him
