    Actually, I have been wanting to throw mine at the wall and jump all over it! :eek: I've had no end of trouble with it and Toshiba just say that it is a software error and that the extended warranty only covers W7 or W8. I've lost count of the hassle it has caused me and work is now buying me another one which should arrive tomorrow. When it is up and running I shall send this one back to factory settings, which is W7 and see if they are right. If they are wrong, they are so going to come again and again until they sort it!

    My frustration was with the Diamond Club... and trying to transfer points... but I do feel your pain x
