oo i didnt realise this - i was talking to someone recently and having a grumble about it
is there a link somewhere please? Just wondering is there a time limit - some places its 2 weeks and others its up to 4 for putting points on.
ive got morribob points and boots points to go on and now Marks - just have to go and have another look in the paper recycling“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. did you do an online vest order this morning? I am wondering that if you have used it online then it wont let you use the £5 nightware discount in store as well?
No, didnt do an online order, was told in the shop vests are not night wear, even though they where in the night wear sectionI, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

Basically I had an issue with my tablet...it's fairly new on the market, and I've probably had it about three weeks, it's been unresponsive to touch...alas! I fainted avoiding my 16 month year old I crushed my tablet...very unhappy! I contacted the company as I'm covered by warranty, discussed the initial concern that "it's non responsive, in general to touch...not slow just non responsive even with the pencil" they said bring it in! I said ok I will but I fell on it fainting and it's a bit cracked..."no worries" they said, and booked me into see one of there team. Yeah! They won't do anything unless I pay £349 for a second hand replacement as "we can repair the screen because it's cracked" so they want me to pay for a new ".... tablet" so they can fix the screen, but they can't fix the screen because I have to by a new one as the screens cannot be replaced...because it's cracked, completely ignoring the original issue at hand that it's just not working as advertised...I'm being fobbed off here, I've called them back this morning to hear the same thing "it's not covered under warranty mamm as the screens cracked" what do I do now help!
Unfortunately I think you are stuck - you cannot prove the original problem. They only have your word that there was a problem and now it is broken they cannot test for it. It is like me buying a TV, dropping it while mounting it, but taking it back saying it wouldn't switch on.What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -

found it

"Can my sparks be added at a later stage?
Yes, sparks can be added to your account up to 30 days after the original transaction. "
It might be worth screen shotting incase of difficulties - staff not realising or not being trained in getting points added on
I had a Marks womble rec at the weekend and I've dug it out of the paper recycling“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
