oo i didnt realise this - i was talking to someone recently and having a grumble about it
is there a link somewhere please? Just wondering is there a time limit - some places its 2 weeks and others its up to 4 for putting points on.

ive got morribob points and boots points to go on and now Marks - just have to go and have another look in the paper recycling

No, didnt do an online order, was told in the shop vests are not night wear, even though they where in the night wear section

Well done, I wanted to get one of these for DD, but the £5 doesnt want to come off

Unfortunately I think you are stuck - you cannot prove the original problem. They only have your word that there was a problem and now it is broken they cannot test for it. It is like me buying a TV, dropping it while mounting it, but taking it back saying it wouldn't switch on.
