Re the M and S Sparks £10 or £15 off coats offer, its works instore too if you've looked at the zip up below and your size is OOS.

At till, after handing over sparks card, £2.50 (I had the £10 off coats offer).

Also instore were other colours of this jacket: grey/navy/ivory but this colour looked better made.

some peoples choices are mind boggling - why buy bananas individually rather than a big bunch?

doesn't most of the elite do that?

Shorts are usually fine providing they are smart - not denim. I've always had denim jeans (black) on and never had a problem. Haven't checked but usually a code for FHR floating around which may make it cheaper for the lounge.

    Thanks MKS

Evening all. I too am counting up my spends on a spreadsheet this month. Was tested in Morries tonight as they had loads of packets of Ainsley Harriot Couscous reduced to 25p - I got 48 packs but used 2 x £5 More Card vouchers so only paid £4.35 for those with RTC Cashew Nuts 85p, pack of 6 Kiwi on offer for 58p instead of £1 and few whoopsied packs of veg for 92p. That couscous will last my quite a while ;)

I don't have high protein costs, not eating meat, fish or dairy, but tend to spend most on fresh fruit and veg. I have been popping in to shops on way home from working in charity shop three afternoons a week. Although I don't really get the really good reductions at that time (4.15/4.30) at least I get it cheaper than normal. Every little saving helps ;)

I don't have a target spend but will put my total as I go in my sig and try to keep it as low as possible :D

Ended up getting a piece of gammon and a chicken, total to pay: 41p! :j

I did find a nice looking piece of brisket, but I thought the gammon and chicken combo would do more meals, plus I was picturing having the brisket with bbq sauce and DH would have had a hairy fit :rotfl:

It's funny how knowing I'm watching my spends makes it so much harder to drive past pubs and restaurants. I was practically drooling as near my T there is a Toby Carvery and a Harvester! But one meal for two would be most of the rest of my budget, so I remained strong. :D It also makes me think about how often one or other of us suggests eating out somewhere 'cheap' because we don't fancy what's for tea or can't be bothered to cook after work. Definitely need to plan ahead more from now on!

hi, does anyone know anywhere where they sell chocolate vodka please? im looking for a Christmas present for my niece.

also can anyone recommend a Prosecco they like?

    thanks x
Try amazon for the vodka. Prosecco, it has to be tesco finest (Bisol I think it is), a stunning drink.
