Just looking at my COS list and a free Paul Hollywood tomato and thyme bloomer from Mr !!!!!! has appeared valid until September 30th

Please can I ask has anyone been to the Chester city centre store and found Paul Hollywood mixes?

Just rung my nearest big Morribos to check on ice cream and yes they do stock it :j

but I think I will only get one set of three, no point in over filling the freezer with no one here to eat it until nearer Christmas
My own COS is now over the £20 mark but I am not drawing down yet with so many freebies appearing daily.

I was in this Morribobs during the week in search of the free Schwartz grinder and the Schwartz chap was actually re stocking the display and he showed me the shelf gap where the grinders will be - next Tuesday .
Apparently the store was not ready for him - so this means when the other free grinder was on COS a few weeks back I would have not got that one either

So our Saturday now consists of free graze box from Boots, free bag of crisps from Greggs and a shared coffee in Marks - it has to get better than this ...

obviously applying leaves a mark on your credit record so best not to apply if you have something big like a new mortgage application due in the next six months.

You cant apply if you have had a card in the last 12 months or if you already have a card.

Otherwise If you use the special MSE link and use your new marks cc card before October 31st to make a purchase however small then you get a £25 marks e voucher, the voucher will be emailed to you by 20 November and must be redeemed by 10 December which is not long so make sure you are not on holiday or suchlike during that time period.

I am imagining a level of panic as people by people waiting for cards as we go into October and there is a delay caused by a glut of people applying for cards at the very last minute and another wave of panic as people wait for their £25 e voucher having forgotten which email they used to apply

You need to gather together the usual info
where you work and the HQ address
gross earnings and gross household earnings
how long you have lived and where
your bank details and how long you have had your account
how you think you will pay your CC bils - you can set up your DD by phone or online after your application has gone through

Apart from figuring out where OHs HQ exactly was it was very quick to apply - took me 6 mins in total - this will be an emergency card for OH, only used on rare occasions but an emergency card is always useful

I did this the other day and was declined huh. Don't know why yet as I did the check and I was 95% chance of being accepted. Unless it was because I opened a savings account for the £125 bonus then closed it about 6 months later.

Still contemplating this. OHs is an android phone so I could possibly do it on his and he has a google play account.

when I was cleaning and clearing earlier this week I found an old phone of eldest sons which is also an Android - no sim in it though and it was a Virgin phone.
But I've put the shopiprize receipt thingy on it - just need to find 10 receipts every day now to feed both phone apps

I kept mine open for years because I still am part of the now defunct marks premier club and I still get various offers of extra points or discount coupons, £10 discounts a couple of times a year and 12 free hot drinks a quarter.
It costs me £10 a month but I get more back than I pay out. If I wanted travel insurance as well its £15 a month but I already get that from Nationwide

I've got a Marks current account which has 2 DDs one of which is to pay the marks credit card DD.
This current account allows me to have the Marks monthly saver (as I was a switcher and I have 2 dds) and the monthly saver pays a massive 6% gross :T
