Have a wonderful holiday bubbs.Good Morning all.Lovely day here apart from the drilling going on next door.My neighbours are having all the pebbledash taken off their house.Non stop drilling from 8 this morning and all day last Friday.
Hope it stays nice for bubbs this week.
I did a up and go shop this morning at the asda the other side of town.Forgot my list so winged it.
I used £10.38 worth of apgs and put £10 on Christmas saving card. The bill came to £10.16 leaving £9.78 to pay.
It actually went through at £9.78 to pay.I was under the impression that this was no longer working going into a negative balance.
Thanks Sal, that drillig would do my nut in too:rotfl::rotfl:Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -

Evening peeps.
Been out since 8am. Left my babies to fend for themselves. They were good as gold.
On my way home, I thought to get them a treat and ended up in a T's express. In the reduced section was 9 packs of sausages, 7 packs of burgers and about 20-30 packs of bbq stuff, all reduced to £1. As they were in the £4 each or 3 for £10, I ended up with 30 packs for £10.
God knows why as I have no freezer space. I still can't leave a bargain on the shelves.
Oh well, babies will eat well and so will my grandkids!:D0 -
Wondering if someone might be able to answer a question for me relating to Tesco's Brand Guarantee that I can't quite figure out from the terms. Basically, are reduced (yellow sticker) items supposed to be included? Terms state 'price cut' products are but not 'reduced to clear' ones. So which category do everyday items that are reduced come under for the brand guarantee? I assumed reduced to clear and so they'd be discounted from being compared.
However today I had the reduced price from Tesco counted and compared against S, M & A, meaning I lost out as T was cheaper. Confused.0 -

It would count if it is a branded item. They have always said it should not but it always has unfortunately. It is safe to get unbranded reduced items but branded ones should be paid for separately, we have all had our fingers burned on this one. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Good evening Elite :hello:
A beautiful sunny evening here so might sit outside and read for a while
I've had a day of thoughts churning around in my head after receiving news which has given me a surprise. Not got much done today so my list for tomorrow has grown :rotfl:
Hope everyone has had a good day, shopping, travelling or relaxing
Go-cat, I hope this month treats you and yours kindly. I was going to quote you but somehow I've lost your post now. I just wanted to say that with what is lined up you're in my thoughts xxThere's no place like home
Feeling down? Weak in body? Makes no difference to me, I think of you all when I'm sitting quietly.
Hugs and healing thoughts are always going your way.0 -
