Have to admit, I am rather tired of having to go to Sports Direct, the annoying thing was last time we ewer in Costco OH got some Fila ones for about £7 but they did not do women's ones. I have to be fussy with my trainers as I have a high arch, generally Reebok or Karrimor, Kappa is a possible too.

I have reebok ones that I like - I've got PF and arthritis in one foot and arthritis in the other - I have to add an insole to my right shoe but otherwise they're great :)
