Thank you to whoever said that garden stuff in Tesco was very reduced. Large box of Miracle Gro all-purpose soluble plant food makes up to 80 watering cans 1 kg reduced to a pound, round up weed killer gel reduced to 2 pounds, Bayer garden slug and snail killer 1 kg reduced to a pound, Tesco's own slug killer 800 g reduced to 75p, Bayer garden ultimate bug killer 1 L reduced to a pound. please forgive peculiar spelling, I am talking to Siri! N.b. that the prices on the shelf were not that low. Good night everybody.

    Glad it was helpful x

Good luck with the MOT today, hope it's not a big bill so you can get those blue shoes. ;)

I am still failing miserably getting rid of toiletries, and seem to still be accumulating more in than out....

Although having said that stocks of some things have reached crisis point so whilst I will probably never need another body lotion/butter in my life I actually need to but deodorant on today's shopping list....and that's a first for a very long time.

Right then I'm off shopping...apparently I'm allowed the use of DS's car as mine is in the garage....so i'll be zipping round in the little Toyota....I love his car...I wonder if I can get away with being out all day.

He usually hates me using it because I adjust all the seat and turn the music volume down!

Yes I had to buy some a while back, only had the pink s&Gs left and they are only good in the winter to be honest. :o

I got some in Home Bargains I think it was or might have been Poundland, got 3 to tide me over and then found a load in a little Boots RTC about 75p. I always pop in when passing the chemist stores often they have things vastly more reduced than the one in town. I don't think they have the room to keep it hanging around.

Been resorting to those sort of stores for toothpaste too. It's one of the things I have never had a stash of. :rotfl:

Used to have the same if I drove DD2's Corsa. :rotfl:

Although I used to press every button going to turn the radio off where it was blaring out as soon as I turned the key in the iginition. I never got it right first time. :o

I really don't like that body butter feel. :o My mum used to get through tubs and tubs of the stuff, you could have thought she was eating it. :rotfl:

That's why I have so many now, me and the girls would try them a couple of times and body lotions get fed up with them pass them on to my mum who would use up our leftovers it worked well.

It's a shame as most gift sets always contain them, and none of the four of us are big users. Before DD2 left for uni this year she had a sort out and I added her unused ones to my car boot corner that should be happening soon. Not sure how much to sell them for most are just the mini sizes.
