It could be that there are 2 different b/c for the same item in stores, so would need checking.

I avoid Hermes, I won't buy from a retailer if that is there only delivery option and i'll never use them to send parcels. I Know people use them because they're cheap but some times it's not worth it. If you live out in the sticks they are generally rubbish.

I had a parcel that they claimed had been put through a letter box. Well I was baffled. Ended up contacting the retailer because Hermes wouldn't deal with me, and as far as the retailer was concerned it had been delivered and I was pulling a fast one! :( In the end I sent them a picture of my front and back door and kindly asked them to point out the letterbox that it had supposedly been delivered through. We didn't have any letterboxes :cool: they agreed to send out a replacement via RM and some legal document for me to sign saying that I never received the original package.

Oh Lord, let's hope they can get it right tomorrow then...
