I like Lotus because they fit me well, I tried them on in BHS and they feel great. If they had been half price I would have had two pairs but they were only 30% off, never spend that much on sandals!

Yes, it's difficult to justify paying a lot for sandals when you might only get a few weeks wear each summer

I've got a pair of clarks which I really hate the style but they are refusing to wear out so I just have to keep wearing them.

So that's where summer got to

It certainly did although you wouldn't think so to look at me, it was far more comfortable to sit in the shade. :o

So today I managed to stay off line long enough to get tidy and cleared up, few jobs still to do.

The postie brought a mailing from JL so we have 2 vouchers for a coffee and cake - possibly we will share so we can go twice - still fumming about the carrot cake not being in the cafe any more :(

Also got some MOCs for a new yogurt in a !!!!!! mailing, first mailing MOCs I've had in years apart from the conditional spends. It's not on offer at the mo so I am going to hang on until they appear on a cashback thread :)

OHs 50p he won from the TCB hummingbird game yesterday was in the paid column this morning so it's been converted to CC points and there have been 3 emails from TCB today to say its been confirmed already.

No sign yet of the Handmade Burger email with vouchers for a free burger. I did the surveys as soon as they arrived, long before it was announced on 10 ways.
I noticed on 10 ways another link for a chain of bars with free cider, not many of them around the country but Liverpool is one if them

Best result though was logging onto mysky this afternoon and finally the future bills page all looks correct and we have no bill for July and I didn't need to ring sky for the 6th time :j I didn't realise how much that was depressing me, thinking about having to ring yet again until I logged on and saw 0 at the bottom of the current bill page :T

Are you home tiny, did you have a fab holiday???

Yes got home late Monday night, busy day yesterday unpacking and doing all the jobs that no one else had bothered to while I was away. :(

But had a fantastic time with DD2 thanks, we ate far too much until we nearly popped and I may have got a little bit drunk on a couple of occasions, I'm not good with too many free wine refills with dinner and the cocktails were certainly not small measures. :o I can't fault the hotel the service was amazing. :T

I would certainly go back. :D

We also went out on a couple of trips, one was a Landrover Safari and DD2 did the mud bath and river tubing, I stayed with my feet firmly on solid ground. ;) But it was good to see her making the most of it. And we also got a boat from the hotel over to Fethiye and had a wander round the town. Holiday was over far too quick.

Is it this week you do your muddy thing, I must go and do my bit by donating. :)

Possibly - if I've got a lot of walking to do its the purple walking sandles which look a bit scruffy but I can walk all day in them - decisions :)

Then there is the rain mac decision - navy for monsoon conditions, mustard for light showers ...

It's amazing that I ever get our of the door :D
