Spendy day today. I feel like I need to write it all down and draw a line under it before I go mad and spend more.
I ordered DS £60 worth if clothes from h&m lots if jumpers and long sleeve tops which he'll need for when it's cooler. 5%off and free delivery I think I may have ordered to many thought as have a few already so may see what I like and send back a couple as it's free returns. £15 order placed at next too for a jumper and 2x joggers. Then we went to my friends for the day to play with the garden with her boys. She's just finished nights and had no food in so I popped to morrison's and brought lunch and some non alcoholic beers as it's bank holiday and my first official maternity day brought a cute house plant £18 total spent :0) so I thought I needed a treat. DP just home from work he picked up a order from agros on his way home a signing octopus toy for the new baby for Christmas it was £7.99 down from £20 so a bargain. Oooh also got the next size up wellies that DS has which he loves from eBay though so half a price. Look in good condition though.
Lots of spending it feels odd all kind of needed so I don't feel to bad just need to stop now as I've been sat having a brew looking and more bits and bobs so decided to log on here interead.
DS will still need a few more pairs of jeans and a couple more joggers for autumn as he's growing out of his but this can wait a month or so. Xxemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£

Hey girls, thanks for posting I've been meaning too but not much has happened so inker putting it off. No baby yet :0) 34 weeks now.
No big spends this week just sticking to my picket money budget. Just in bed having a lie in then were going to make a
Picnic and head to the woods for a few hours. DP ordered a amazon fire stick this week it was £50 he said when it arrives if it's any good(a few of his friends have been raving about them) he will cancel Netflix and it will pay for it's self in a few months. He's a MSE and he doesn't even know it!
I brought my leave forward two weeks and received my new mat pay breakdown. The next payday I get will be a massive one! They always do this big pay out on your first mat pay day and I have a bonus due too! Exciting! Hoping to clear the overdraft the tuck the rest away in savings then now DP is full time try and live off his wage and keep the money tucked away.
Hope your all having good weekends xxemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£

Quick pop in.
£25 spent today on a day to a wildlife park with DP and DS. That was enter few and cakes from a bakery I got in the morning before heading off then I brought a cup of tea while there. Normally we'd of eaten in the cafe and had a cake and tea break in the afternoon too so I feel like we only spent half what we normally would have.
£25 left for the rest of the week and no plans made yet which involve money.
I got an email saying I have to pay £7 eBay fees....bit annoying I didn't realise you had to pay 10% of your final sale amount but it's done now. We live and learn.

Evening diary,
Spendy day today!! I went thought my present stash for Christmas and wanted to get a few little bits for DS so headed out to B&M and Asda living. Got a few little bits. Also found a great eBay seller 3monkeys they sell toys roughly all about £5 3 for 2 and free delivery on most items. Defiantly worth a look for stocking fillers and little presents. Also treated myself to.....a new wash basket, bathroom bin and a house plant! Living life on the edge! Ha ha some time you just need to spend a bit of cash but I reigned it in and brought things I need....bar the plant but hey ho I like plants they cheer me up.

Hey HR. Hope bump is growing well. Love a nice houseplant!
Read something the other day about credit scores and thought it might be useful...apparently if you only pay the minimum payment each month on a CC, this affects your credit score - whereas if you pay a little bit more - e.g. just £5 above your minimum, this has a better impact on your credit score. Not sure if it applies to you, but thought I would share!

Hey Ramble,
Thanks for thinking about me and sharing the advice. I already pay over I think minimum was something like £50 but I set a dd to £60. I signed up to the new credit score on here and it says the things holding my score back are that I'm nearly at capacity with my available credit....I thought I'd be helping my score by close my two old cards down. !!!!!!. Oh well I have my £1500 overdraft as available balance but not sure if that's counted. The CC is the only over credit I have and that will come down slowly but shorly. Also I have moved in the last three years. We've been here just over 2 now so next year when he got three this should help.
NSD yesterday and today heading to my sisters tomorrow but that should be a NSD too.
Oops I did just order a tens machine of eBay for £34 inc postage new but in an open box. I was going to rent one for £24 but figured in the long run I can sell this and it'll work out cheaper. So a spend but essential one. Bump is getting big and I'm getting feed up. DS is in the midst of the terrible 2's and my patience is running low. I get super emotional and stressed when pregnant and have days where I really struggle with my moods so I'll be staying in a lot and trying to tackle his behaviour before baby arrives. Hiya,
I used a TENS and it was amazing. I bought one too - like you say you will be able to sell it on for at least £25 if not more, so a much cheaper way of doing it.
That's so mean about the credit scores and closing cards down - it's all such a minefield, designed to catch people out I think. great that you are paying over though!
My DD has just got to 18 months and is already showing signs of a strong personality...dreading it!! It won't last forever thank goodness.
Perhaps your DS senses the changes ahead too, particularly if you are struggling and not your usual self? Take it easy on yourself, you are growing a human being which is a massively difficult and tiring thing to do. xxxxThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. It's crazy how he just flips and can't calm down. They at so irrational. Full blown tantrum for 10 mins today because he had the wrong flavoured yoghurt! Give me strength! You have to try laugh about it but god I'm gagging for a glass of wine ha ha! Xxemergency fund:£179/ £1000 Uniform/car fund:£
