    As I have stated in another post, no one at the start of their contract was informed of these changes. They will all potentially suffer 'material detriment', so all customers should have the right to accept or refuse these changes. The 'guidance' examples OFCOM have given clearly demonstrate that these changes were not made adequately apparent when the contract was agreed.

    The terms in a mobile contract are non negotiable at point of sale, so any further changes would surely be regarded as unfair contract terms if you are forced to accept them.
