Help please
I have samsung galaxy S5 MINI , screen goes black sometimes and cant see anything but phone is on but no screen, i tried to take battrey out and press but it not working, i took to phone shop the guy said its software issue. i looked at carphonewear house webiste it says they fix software for £30 , is there any other way to fix it??? im on o2 contract i told them but they dont care,

Have you tried a software re-install?
Back your phone up and do a hard reset as though you are selling the phone then re-install the back up.0
